COINSTEC™ makes funding your account easy and convenient.

We utilize the most commonly used methods available to fund your account ranging from credit cards to bank transfer and third party payment providers. When you start the deposit process you will see the available payment methods just click on the one that you wish to use. Most transactions are processed immediately and your deposit will appear almost instantaneously once completed.

Before Making a Deposit

To make a deposit you will first need to create a trading account. COINSTEC™ makes this process simply and convenient.

Go to COINSTEC™ .com and register a live account.

Login to your new COINSTEC™ account.

Click the “Deposit” button located in the top right-hand side of the screen.

Choose your desired deposit method and enter the desired funding amount.

Once completed, you will receive confirmation in your email you registered with COINSTEC™.

Verify your updated balance on the top right-hand side of the screen.

You are now ready to start trading

Security of Your Deposit

Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the online trader and COINSTEC™. Doing an online transaction to fund your account is more secure than a credit card transaction in a store, over the telephone, or by fax. Our client’s financial information is encrypted using complicated algorithms to help protect you always.

Withdrawing your money from your COINSTEC™ account is simple and fast. There are several methods to withdraw your funds just go your “My Account” then “Withdrawal Requests” and select the amount you would like to withdraw.

How long does it take to withdraw money from my account?

At COINSTEC™ we expedite your request for withdrawal to making it an effortless process. Times do vary depending on the on the withdrawal method used and your KYC documents. In order to expedite this process, we ask that you confirm your identity before your first withdrawal.

Please keep in mind we have no control over third parties such as banks and credit card processors. If you have any questions please contact a Service representative.

When can I make a withdrawal?

You can request a withdrawal 24 hour a day, 7 days a week, using the COINSTEC™ website. However, our banking department can only process the request during normal business hours of financial institutions.

Is there a withdrawal limit?

There is no maximum withdrawal at COINSTEC™. The withdrawal amount is only dictated by the available funds for withdrawal in your account.

Are there any fees associated with my withdrawal?

COINSTEC™ does not charge any fees for withdrawing funds from your account. However, there may be fees charged by the bank or third processors.

 Visit our KYC statement under our legal heading. Please keep in mind these requirements are government regulated. We cannot vary from these requirements due to money laundering laws and terrorist watch requirements. Please understand that this process serves all our needs and protects both the broker and the trader as well as our country and neighbors.
